Why Chrome

What makes our practice different.

Founded by immigrants, run by regulated counsel. Every file is assembled with the procedural discipline you would expect from a litigation practice — because IRCC officers read it that way.

№ 01

Regulated, on record.

Every file is handled by a CICC‑licensed RCIC of record — the only kind of professional authorised to represent you before IRCC.

№ 02

Organised from day one.

A documented checklist and timeline for every file, so documents are gathered once and submissions go out complete.

№ 03

Evidence‑first narratives.

We don't just fill forms — we build an IRCC‑grade case story with every work letter, reference, and SOP calibrated.

№ 04

Your data, your control.

Your documents are used only for your file and handled under CICC confidentiality standards and Canadian privacy law.

№ 05

One client, one team.

A dedicated case manager plus an RCIC of record — you'll know every person touching your file, and they'll know you.

№ 06

Transparent outcomes.

Honest timelines, clear fees in writing, and a frank view of risk before you commit to anything.

Our Process

How we work with you, from first call to landing.

Most refused applications fail on how the case was built — not on who the applicant was. Our process exists to remove that risk before it reaches the officer.

  1. I
    Day 1

    Consultation

A 30‑minute call with a CICC‑licensed RCIC to review your profile, identify the programs you qualify for, and outline realistic timelines.

  2. II
    Week 1

    Strategy

We prepare a written immigration plan: primary pathway, backup options, eligibility analysis, and a documented schedule.

  3. III
    Weeks 2–6

    Documentation

Evidence collection — work references, ECAs, language tests, police certificates, medicals — assembled and reviewed against a file-specific checklist.

  4. IV
    Filed

    Submission

We draft, review and file the application as your representative of record. All IRCC correspondence is directed to our office.

  5. V
    Arrival

    Landing

Pre‑landing checklist, SIN application, provincial health enrolment, and introductions to settlement agencies in your destination city.
